Refund and Returns Policy

All items sold through HakLearn — including templates, dashboards, toolkits, and portal designs — are intangible digital goods delivered electronically.
Because of this, we do not issue physical returns. Once a file or license key has been accessed or downloaded, it is considered delivered and used.


💳 2. Eligibility for Refund

You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase only if:

  • You have not downloaded or accessed the digital files.
  • The product was purchased by mistake or duplicated accidentally.
  • The file provided is corrupted, incomplete, or non-functional, and support cannot resolve the issue.

Refunds are not granted for:

  • Change of mind after accessing or downloading files.
  • Incorrect expectation or misunderstanding of product features (all features are described in detail on each product page).
  • Technical issues caused by user software, device incompatibility, or insufficient system requirements.

Before issuing a refund, we always offer personalized technical support to help resolve any issue.
Most cases are successfully fixed through:

  • Re-sending files or alternate download formats.
  • Providing version updates or compatibility patches.
  • Assisting with installation or LMS integration.

📅 4. Refund Process

If your refund request meets the above conditions:

  1. Contact our Support Team with your order ID.
  2. Include a short description of the issue and proof of non-use (if applicable).
  3. Once verified, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

🔐 5. Exceptions for Institutional Licensing

Institutional or multi-seat licenses are handled through contracts.
Refunds for institutional purchases are governed by the HakLearn Licensing Agreement and may differ depending on volume, customization, or deployment stage.


📦 6. Exchanges

In cases where a product is defective or incompatible, we may offer:

  • A free exchange for another HakLearn product of equal or lower value.
  • A credit balance usable for future purchases.

Exchanges are processed within 3 business days after issue confirmation.


⚙️ 7. Cancellations

You may cancel an order before completing payment or before file delivery (if the product has not yet been accessed).
Once the download link or license key has been sent, the transaction is considered final.
